Have a Sentry safe model A4887 electronic combo w/key. The door will not open. The batteries are not low, the combo code is correct (no error message), key-lock is unlocked, door handle moves down like it should, but door will not budge. Now, the door handle will not return all the way up to the locked position and the key-lock will not lock (will not stay in when pushed like it should.) This safe is used every day and we need to get into it. Help!!
