Service charge for credit cards
I want to charge my servers the service charge for running credit cards, how can i put this charge on the shift report and have it added to the cash they owe at the end of the night?

Really? That's the cost of doing business. You can write that expense off on you taxes, they can't. Take a moment and rethink your question. If you still plan on going through with this plan let me know the name of the restaurant so I can make sure I never go there.
