Service error code c3451

I followed your your instructions in your previous post.
I turn off the main power from behind the unit, hold the utility/counter button and it's supposed to give me the trouble reset option. that's where i get stuck. it never comes up.
Am I missing something?

At the side where there is the network port look for the reset switch.
press it and the machine will start to reboot again.
when the screen shows the Minolta logo, press 3 and and you will get a screen that will prompt you for a password.
enter 0000 and press end.
touch the reset icon on the screen and the machine will start to reboot again.
this will reset the fuser temperature error.
I emailed you the instructions. You should have no problems.
