Hi, the copier at work was working fine copying at paper size 8,5 x 16.- However earlier today it sticks to 8,5 x 14 for some reason, there is no 8,5 x 16 paper size on the settings menu.- Not to mention that every time that i make a copy a message pops on the screen that says: "Insert 8,5 x 14 paper Tray 1" which is annoying as heck.- Anyone know how to custom set the paper size to 8,5 x 16? thanks in advance.-
