Not sure which Palm Treo you have, but after reading through some of the info on the different sites it states that some bluetooth devices were easily installed and others were not. It may be one of the Treo's that may need an application to download an update. Some of these were released according to the information I read, that did not have DUN installed. Whether this has anything to do with pairing your bluetooth device, I am not sure. I couldn't find a spec page for your application. Usually it is just a simple matter of going to the bluetooth application on your phone and turning on your bluetooth headset. They find each other and you have success.
