When the Unit is plugged in, the light is on, you can hear it trying to spray/steam when but no steam will dispense. We tried using the wire tool enclosed, and also a paper clip to try yo unclog the unit, if that is the problem. Plugged unit back in and it still will not steam, even after several minutes. Repeated the process about 5 times with no success. What se can we try?
