How do I reset the maintenace and developer replacement leds?
Also horizontal black lines on the printout. Could it be the developer?

It's the drum thats causing the lines to happen. Youre going to have to get that replaced before you can reset the counters.
If you get light copies, then the developer should be replaced.
I believe the cycle life on the drum is 50,000 copies.
It should be the green round drum.
