If it’s a CRT set, sounds as if the blue gun on picture tube has gone out or carboned up. It could also be a problem in your video section or the board on back of picture tube where it plugs in. You could try to use a good electronic cleaner and a q tip on the socket pins on the back of picture tube. UNPLUG IT and don’t touch the wire or connector that goes to the top it the crt tube! Allow it to dry for at least two hours before you plug the board back on the tube. BE CAREFUL!! Go easy when unplugging and plugging in that board! If this doesn’t help you would need diagnosis by a qualified technician.
