The green light blinks on this unit as soon as I plug it in the wall on the low/medium/or high button, whichever it is turned to. The other button doesn't light up at all. Even when the on/off button is in the off position, the low/medium/high button, whichever turned to, will blink. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.
