Report "Shifting is very hard I fiddled with a strange little hollow screw which appeared to adjust the spring tension... but this bit fell out... So the gear shifts slowly but I wonder if there is a way of a putting the tension thing back in and then adjusting the spring tension...ps i have checked cables routing and shifters all fine"
