Charger may be faulty. check the charger lead for signs of damage and if damaged fix. if possible check the charger with another wheelchair (maybe a friend has a chair you could try it on) or can you borrow a charger to see if the problem persists with another charger, if it solves the problem you need a new charger, if not then: there could be a loose connection, do you find it has the same problem when the battery pack is fitted and when off board? if it is not the charger there is not much it can be, if you or a friend is handy with a screwdriver you can open the battery box, remove the screws and lift off the lid (just lift a small amount as there are wires attached to it) there is enough space to check that all the wires are securely connected to the charge socket and the batteries. if you have a multi meter check the continuity if they are all good the chances are that the charge socket is damaged and needs replacing, (do an ebay search for: "XLR 3 pin female panel mount socket" they start from about 2.00 pounds)
