Short from pedal to battery
I charged our gator for the full amount of time and it worked for a few minutes but then it just stopped. There is no connection from the pedal to the battery. When I take the battery out and put in another power wheels it worked just fine. Is this a fixable problem?

I would replace the foot pedal switch like the one here http://www.shopjandl.com/mepu0001.html
if it goes in any speed then it is a problem with the switches in the shifter.
You also want to make sure the wires are secure on the foot switch and the motors because the can come loose when the children are riding them.
