Should most of my fuses light up a test light when i test them with a test light,with the key off?I have a battery drain when it sits over night.I did the test with the test light hooking it to the battery,when i pulled the horn fuse the light went out,and when i checked the other fuses it stayed on.Is there a horn relay somewhere?Its a 95 blazer 4x4 4.3 engine

Front seating area, passenger side, under dash, mounted on support bracket under glove compartment not all fuses will light tester unless the its on
