The motor runs, the gearbox grease is still greasy and not hardened, yet the "jaws" have quit working. When turning a gear on one side of the gear box, by hand, the gears on the other side do work. I suspect the gears between the motor and the gear box or the gear box to the "jaws" are no longer meshing well enough to operate the jaws. Any solution to this other than buying a new shredder? Less expensive solution, of course.
