Shredder not accepting paper. The rollers appear to be working properly and there does not appear to be any paper jams or blockages. No unusual noise from mechanism and rollers do not appear to be loose. It feels like the paper is being kicked back instead of being grabbed into rollers. Any suggestions?

Try inspecting the rollers, make sure its plugged in, try emptiying the canisters, if that doesnt work,take it to radio shack or staples,they can help you probbably for free
