Shure ULXP4 with handheld wireless mic tx indicator and hum
I have an Shure ULXP4 with handheld wireless mic. When on I get no tx audio indicator lights and a loud hum. I've tried two different mics and tranmitter/receivers. The hum may be a wiring issue somewhere else, but why don't I get any tx indicator?

There are many things that could be causing these types of symptoms. Try calling Shure and asking for their Applications Engineering Department. They can help you troubleshoot your wireless.
