Siezed bearing? My washing machine will fill with water fine but when the cycle begins the basin will not move. The motor seems to be straining and eventually it will trip my circuit breaker. Is there a bearing that could be binding or is there another, more commmon issue?

There may be something stuck in the pump not allowing the motor to turn or possibly a garment stuck between the tubs.
This video will show you how to remove the cabinet to check the pump and tub. Ignore the part about replacing the drive coupling.
