I bought a new silicon power d33b29 external HDD 500gb. But it won't get detected in my pc. Sometimes it gets detected and if it is left connected to the pc, it works fine. Once it is disconnected and connected again, it won't detect. But the funny part is when i had bought this, and found its not detecting on my pc, i went to the retailer from where i bought it and told him that its not detecting, then he tried it in his pc and it just got detected in seconds. Please help me.
