I took it to a shop and they said my fuel pressure was good that I need to replace my injectors. That just don't sound right to me because the truck runs great once I crank it and have been driving it. Try this,take the mass air flow sensor off and clean the small wires inside of it using a non-chlronated brake cleaner and let it dry for 10-15 minutes then re-install it and see if this helps.
