I've tried the "safely remove" feature and eject but the same box pops up every time stating that it's still in use, close programs and try again. But nothing is even open and it's not in use to my knowledge yet it still will not eject safely and I'm afraid to just disconnect w/o it saying it's OK. HELP me please, I tried the tech support number and waited 22 min and still no one, couldn't spend anymore cell minutes on hold...
