We loaded it to my computer, on desktop we have window's XP, when it is time to play it says "Please insert the correct DVD-ROM, select OK and restart application". We have 2 drives, one is cd and the other is supposed to be dvd I think. WTF? We have a Dell XPS 400 if that helps. It is my daughters game..she got it from her godmother and it works fine at their house..but when my daughter brought it home with her it refuses to work on our computer. We have Sim's 3 on our laptop which is a new laptop but our desktop is about 4 yrs old. Would that have something to do with it..I got rid of a bunch of stuff we don't use anymore and free'ed up 49% of the space thinking that might be part of it..but still won't work..please help me..I'm not computer savy but I'm trying to get this stupid game to work for my kid.
