When I put the disk in, it works until 80% there, then a file comes of saying

"This file will not work, you can try and re copy the file or cancle he intillation."

I click retry, it does the same thing until 100%, then it keeps saying it and it wotn download.

Also, to add, it worke don my old computer, but my old computer got a virus, so we got a new one, and it doesnt work on this new one
