Since last night the tvis stuck on 1 channel and it says mono on the bottom and itv is on top and wont go no other channel can be changed from remote, but the volume can be changed, so its not the battery on the remote, please can u help

You can get this fix by resetting the television
Forced to factory default: press and hold [VOLUME ( - )] on the TV and press [MENU] on the remote 2 seconds. Exit: Unplug Power to reset.
If it does not help, the main board need to replace.
