Singer 4623. Trying to add thread to the bobbin, but the bobbin will not catch the thread. I have followed the instructions and it still will not work. What should I do?
I have added the added thread to the bobbin before and I was able to get it done. But now, the bobbin just sits there and will not catch the thread. Thanks for your help.

There is a piece of thread tangled in the top of your bobbin. Remove it again and look inside of it. The thread will be in between the 2 layers of metal.
