The software is installed on Windows 7 Pro and the machine was working well. When I wanted to use it again after not using it for a few days, an error box popped up stating "Connection error. Check that the usb cable is connected and turn on the machine". The machine was turned on. Any ideas? The machine is old so is it possible that I need to replace the usb port on the embroidery machine? I've tried all options; and uninstalled and re-installed the software a million times.
