Single horizontal white line on screen
I turned tv on and screen has only single white horizontal line. I think this must be related to the vertical i/c not working. Where can I find a manual or picture to locate the vertical i/c components on board/cabinet?

This is either bad connections at the vertical IC or a defective IC. This should be a small flat IC attached to a heat sink. It will be marked LA7837 or something similar. It will have about 11 pins. If you are not sure you have the correct one, post the marking here and I'll confirm.

Look for an IC that only has pins coming out one side and is standing with the pins down. It should be attached to a small heatsink too. I don't have listing for your specific model. I'll research this a bit and try to get more details.
