I would have loved to give you a copy of my CD but i dont know how to get it to you.
But you can go to google type in HTC Touch HD smartphone CD and you will be able to download the CD from the internet for free.
I tried it already and there are a couple of downloads from sites there.
Also you can try brothersoft.com or downloads.com.

Htc will provide you with the necessary software . just logon to the htc site , and register yourself with the imei number of your mobile.
