Have a IH-140 (1977 - 12volt) that is missing when accelerating. I have changed points, plugs, Distributor Cap, rotor button. Also disassembled carburator - cleaned jets to no avail. Runs as if it is fuel related - but unable to tell for certain. suggestions / tips ???
