Skype phillips voip 841
Suddenly skype phone says system unavailable. tried everything. can't turn off either. it is just jammed. incoming calls ok and outgoing telstra calls ok. just can't skype out. can't reset either. help please

Unplug power cord of base , then power on.
Also unplug the handset battery , and set the battery back .
Basically, it is software jam
I fixed it by unplugging then changing batteries then re-booting...thx kim
