Unplug from the mains, locate and remove the screws holding the top cover on, free and remove slide, re-assemble projector. This usually occurs when slides of differing thicknesses are in the same slide tray - try to keep to slides of the same thickness. Alternatively, scan the slides into your computer and use software to create a slideshow on that.
That is what I thought you meant, but you will still need to remove the cover to access it, unless you can get at the jammed slide without so doing.
