After selecting 'Acquire', large, black screen appears in window.
When 'Snap Shot' selected, small black screen appears alongside.
When 'transfer' selected, plain, white image with faint, pink, mottled pattern is transferred to computer.
There appears to be no white light source showing in copier even though red power light is on.
