Slow leak from water line
How do I get access to the connection of the stainless steel hose so that I can tighten the hot and cold water lines?
Do I have to take the grohe tap off the sink? How do I disassemble?
I can take off the handle, after lossening the allen screw, but am not sure of the next step.

I think you will only need a basin wrench. If I'm understanding you correctly, you want to tighten the water supply lines? If you've never used one before, ask the guy at the hardware store to demonstrate how to use the basin wrench.
