I have a 5 year old inexpensive Chinese tankless propane water heater - brand name "Powtek". Problem: the gas value is sticking. If I rap on it, it starts. How do I service the gas valve and what lubricant is OK? I have a teflon lube called Tri Flow. I live in rural Panama, so normal solutions are hard to find.
