Small coffee and coffee not dispensing?

I have some issues with my Royal Professional Cappuccio. Firstly, when pressing either the small or the normal coffee buttons no coffee actually comes out of the machine? You can hear the machine grinding the beans, the prebrew message appears and the normal clicking sounds, also you actually see on the lcd screen the coffee cup filling up (although quite quicking?) but no coffee? FYI, the large coffee function works well! What can be done to correct this? Please advise.

Hi,
Try to program it, press and hold the small cup button. When you have enough of coffe, release the button.
Now try to make a cup of small coffee.
