Small Pilot flame on MrHeater MHBF20lpt & pilot won't stay on
It is very hard to get the pilot to lite and if it does it will not stay on for long. I have read many posts here and have cleaned the pilot with air. I have used a small torch to keep it going so the main burner would light, and it does. The main burner works great so i don't think i have a problem with the gas pressure. The unit has only been used a few times. I don't think it has 10 hours of use time on it.

You will probably need to remove the pilot orifice and clean it out use a small needle or orifice cleaning rod. The pilot flame is not big enough to keep the thermocouple engaged.
Replace he thermocouple, if that still wont work the gas valve is bad.
