Smart apc ups error with all indicator flashing
My apc rack mount 2.2kva works on battery .but when the input supply is connected , the ups short down in less than 50 seconds with all indicator light flashing. what can I do ?

APC Smart-UPS 1500VA has an error. All it's pannel lights blinking. what is the best possible solution to this?
This issue always occur when the firmware version of APC UPS change from International to Domestic Version, You can change it by entering on the program mode. I'm assuming that you know APC calibration, If not you can PM me and i will send you the instruction step by step.
It should be the input filter issue, MOV should be blown, try to check and replace MOV
Gift_oghene, If the SLA batteries are more than 3 -4 years old they may need to be "load tested" or replaced outright due to their age!! Any SLA battery over 4 years old should be replaced with "fresh manufacture" new ones. The APC web site has a "knowledge base" where you can find out all the info you could possibly need to maintain your unit. I own a Smart ups 1250 and it to will need battery replacement (this year) for the batteries (second set) are now 4 years old. Visit the APC site for more info.
