Smeg Dishwasher STA945.1, flashing lights
When you select a program and then press the program selector button. The dishwasher starts and pumps out the water then stops. There are are five program lights. When you open the door the first three lights from the left flash and the far right one is static. Then I close the door it beeps and then the 2 lights on the far right flash. I'm stumped, as it does not give a troubleshooting code that matches.

Have you check the pipe's for blockage
Also make sure the door to the washer is shut properly. and try holding down the reset button for 12 seconds
Ill find a solution ill be a few mins ok
take them off and try and see for a blockage and clean down them
hi scott i had a look at a site and couldnot find any thing so i rang smeg and told them about the lights and they said it will have a converyance board problem and it will need a service and the board will have to be looked and fixed or replaced the price he quoated was 120 if you take it in or to a repair center or 210 if some one comes out thats the best i can do for you
