We have the Empire ECS BF-30 Ventless Heater.  There are no leaks or smells when the unit is off, however, when the unit is on and burning, the gas smell is prevalent.  The smell since we first installed the unit has gotten stronger.
We are wondering if there is an adjustment to reduce the smell of gas (as we understand there will always be a slight smell).
We reside near Brighton, Michigan and if this unit requires service, is there a recommended technician for us to call?
