Smoky smell from Napoleon pellet stove
Brand new Napoleon pellet stove. We've used it for 2 weeks. Runs fine on level 3,4, or 5. On level 2 or 1 (low) , there's a smoky smell in the house, and it makes our eyes sting. All joints have been sealed twice. Experienced repairman has returned 4 times, and tried everything he can think of.
Next step may be to replace the whole stovepipe, which will cost at least $600.
