soap is initially released (all settings) it continues to leak out the front water spray nozzles unit the water containers are empty. The vacuum works but can't keep up with the continuous water leaking out. Do you have any idea what is sticking open to allow the continued release of water when the machine is running? Thanks Rick

Return it. It is faulty and should not do that. Mine does not. Does require changing water about evrery 10 minutes but one can see the filth in the water. Also re-clean with plain water over areas that were cleaned to remove all cleaner. Old cleaner in carpet to dirt is like a bug attracted to a bug zapper. It can be time consuming, but it will pay for itself and can do a great job if you pay attention when water or cleaner runs out, otherwise it will not clean properly!
