Report "Software is installed without any problems, but when my PC attempts to activate it, it atempts to configure for the MIfi and then comes up with message device not inserted even though the unit is connected to a USB port. When I initially installed it, there were no problems. But the second time I tried to use it, the unit would connect to the internet for only approximated one minute, then disconnect on its own. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program at Verizon tech supports suggestion, and found the device was fine. Then, when I tried to connect to the internet, the VZ Access screen said it was connected, but there was no actual connection. I again unnstalled and reinstalled the software. I also disabled my old modem. When i restarted the install, the software went in with no problem, but when I tried to activate the unit thru the USB port, it reads device not inserted I'd appreciate any help"
