Some DVD's i play only play the soundtrack to the DVD, not the dialogue, while others play both. What's up with that?? LG dvd player dv8743p. Cheers for any help

I had this problem, till i went into setup on my remote then chose audio and noticed all the speakers for surround sound were turned on in the options. As i don't have surround sound i turned them off . Now it works ! The player was sending the sound to non exsistant speakers. Hope this helps
