Something "burned out" when I plug into outlet .This makes twice
First- when it works, it is GREAT.The first one worked for a few months until I plugged in an extension cord.Nothing on the other end.A few sparks from behind the outlet and then nothing. Warranty was a nightmare but I finally got a replacement. The first time I used it, the same scenario-this time with a different extension cord and again with no load at the other end( empty plug). This one has a 6 month warranty but it costs me $65.00 to send in. I am not wealthy and am fairly handy at repairs. I would like to find a schematic. Any ideas. Thanks.

This is just a suggestion but have you contacted Zantrax & asked them for schematic, and explained why? I had some contacts at Zantrax at one time, perhaps if you give me model #, I can try to get some info for you.
First thing I would do also, is get a polarity checker from hardware store to plug into that thing and see if perhaps it's running reverse polarity or something weird like that. Double check that neutral is proper prong vs hot.
