Something has blown?
My marshall vs232 amp is a good few years old and i think it has blown! there was a slight bit of smoke coming out of it when it happened! the power LED comes on now but no sound comes out! what could have possibly blown? do you think it would be expensive to get fixed? should i just throw it away?

The output transistors may have shorted and caused a resistor to smoke (literally!!). This should not be too expensive a repair for anyone that works on these amps. Figure on $20-$30 for parts.
