Sometimes my 95 subaru legacy won't start. It sounds right just doesn't start when it finally starts if you hit the gas it dies no noises just dead.I replaced the fuel pump,o2 censor,not the problem actually now its worse because it happens while driving. Also this last time it happened the AT OIL TEMP light came on

I would check air flow sensor(MAF).
Just had Subaru with the same problem , at times it was hard to start , and when it finaly starts no power, rough idle , no acceleration.
I belive your car is OBD I , so you can try to disconnect air mass sensor while it's running , and see if it's any better.
