Sometimes my Line 6 stops putting out sound in the middle of playing. To remedy my problem I turn the amp off then back on a few times. Everything lights up as normal when turned on. Also, the main problem is when I swap settings the amp will stop making sound. What can I do to fix my amp?

First open the amp up, and check the connections to the speaker are ok, if that checks out, next is the fuse, you need to check all the components to see which ones are shorting out or overloading. most you can check with a simple voltmeter. this should help you identify your problem.
