Hi my names josh so you have a 12 disc changer with a factory radio with an RF modulator hmmm well i could definely see that being your problem right there. usually your best shot is always a strait connection from and after market reciever to your changer without that RF modulator in line. That being said since your signal RF out to the changer is giving you your sound its very posible you would need to use a ground loop isolator to eliminate that noise. it would plug line out from the modulator going to the changer and in most cases provides a stable ground in the line which is most cases is the problem in your case i would be willing to bet thats yours.
