Sound yes but can't get the screen to light up

this 42" has sound but the screen will not light up, i changed the main power board i changed the main board with the DVI and component inputs. and still nothing any ideas.

I have a ViewSonic flat screen TV that was purchased in November of last year. The problem that has just occurred this weekend, there are 2 channels that are getting a Radio stations
commentary instead of the actual tv program that is displayed.
How can I fix this problem?
