Soundstation2 direct connect ex for nortel
My unit is stuck with blinking red leds and the display says initializing.
Checked the phone port and it is working.
Moved the polycomm to another working 2616 port - same error.
What else can I do to get this working again?

Try repalcing the adapter if u have another one.this should solve the problem.if it doesnt , the main board needs repair!!
