One of my Polaroid 10" S10 Tablet did that. Since it was still under warranty, I called Southern Telecom.1-877-768-8481. Our team is available Monday-Friday 8am-10pm EST. After they send me an email with issue # & shipping label, that I cut off to use, I put the tablet, wrapped with the rest of the email, in a well padded envelope. Mailed it to Southern Telecom, Inc.
